Screening checks often require subject input. Our system is designed to cause as little friction as possible while gathering necessary information.
The Process
Initial Contact
Subjects receive an invite from Scaut by email containing:
- Unique access code
- Link to the Scaut platform
- Instructions to begin screening
Screening Steps
- Log onto the Scaut platform using access code
- Complete identity verification process
- Proceed to the selected checks
- Enter information or upload files (or both) depending on the check
Recommendation: During your hiring process, explain that subjects will be part of a screening process and to expect contact by Scaut.
